GREEN BELT INTERMEDIATE COURSE: 8th & 9th December 2008

You have been on the White and Yellow belt foundation course training in the theory, diagnostics and tools of Deep Democracy. You have learnt steps one to four and touched step five. Now we offer you the opportunity to learn step five at a deeper level. This three day course concentrates on 'below the water line' skills of amplifying, polarising and resolving conflict. It will also suit people who have attended green, blue and black belts previously, and who wish to hone their skills.

This course will build your skills, under supervision, in using steps one to four and will give you the theory of step five as well as extensive practice in the use of step five in dyads, triads and in a group. The course is highly experiential and designed to build on all you have already learned by correlating all the theory, diagnostics and tools of the foundation course into group dynamics real time.

Deep Democracy is the result of over twenty years of development by Myrna Wajsman Lewis and her late husband Greg Lewis. The work is based on Arnold Mindell's Process Oriented Psychology. It has been adapted for business and applies a cutting edge innovative way of dealing with group dynamics. For more information visit the web site on www.deep-democracy.netThe Green belt is the second level of training and builds on the foundation you have already learned for using this methodology.
