What is coaching all about?

As coaches, we work with the client to create the life they want, both at home and at work. The essence of coaching is formulating clear and achievable goals and then realizing them. The coach supports the client working out what they want; what steps are needed to achieve this and implementing these steps. Coaching takes place in a facilitative, but non-directive, manner. Coaching does not involve telling the client what to do or how to do it; rather it is an empowering process which supports the client in becoming self correcting and self generating over time. We facilitate moving people from where they are to where they want to be.
